The Four C’s of Your Life Makeover

Welcome to the Your Life Makeover blog!

Creating your ideal life involves following principles and implementing strategies based on four key concepts; the ‘Four C’s’ of Your Life Makeover. In comparison to a ‘beauty makeover’, in which the steps involved are cleanse, tone, moisturise, and make-up, the steps involved in a ‘life makeover’ are cleanse, clarify, condition, and cultivate.

1. CLEANSE:

Oxforddictionaries.com definition: Make thoroughly clean. Rid of something unpleasant or defiling.

Your Life Makeover definition: To remove or alter those things in your life that do not serve your best interests. (These things may include material possessions, people, false beliefs, unhealthy habits…etc).

Purpose of cleansing: To make room in your life for the things that matter most to you, and that serve your best interests.

2. CLARIFY:

Oxforddictionaries.com definition: Make less confused and more comprehensible.

Your Life Makeover definition: To discover and become clear and focused on what it is you want for yourself and your life. (Passions, goals, states of being you wish to experience…etc)

Purpose of clarifying: To create specific intentions and have a clear picture of how you want your life to look. The clearer you are, the more what you want will be attracted into your life experience.

3. CONDITION:

Your Life Makeover definition: To nourish yourself from within, and train your mind to receive and allow your desires into your life.

Purpose of conditioning: To elevate the mind, heart, soul, and body into a state of readiness and allow you to fully live your ideal life.

4. CULTIVATE:

Your Life Makeover definition: To enhance your internal and external environment to support the growth and realisation of your highest self and life experience.

Purpose of cultivating: To expand your life into the best possible version and maximise the benefit for yourself and those around you.
